我們單位有一個s7-414-3dp的cpu下掛了連個im153-1（dp4號和5號）機架，現(xiàn)在想再繼續(xù)增加一個im153-1（dp,6號）機架。
6號機架中個通道為do32*24v,第二個通道為di32*24v.使用的上位機軟件為step7v5.5sp2,當硬件下下去之后，cpu就無法工作。診斷數(shù)據(jù)如下：

如果再次將5號機架的dp插頭撥到on位置，并重新下原來的組態(tài)（就是把6號從站的硬件組態(tài)刪除了），cpu就顯示一切正常。
但是就算是組態(tài)錯誤，為何錯誤是發(fā)生在原有的5號從站上面呢？
另外，ob85，0b86，ob121，ob122這些我都是有寫入cpu的。
請高手幫助分析下，原因何在，謝謝。

1、新增加的6號dp從站，硬件撥碼地址是否正確
2、5號從站dp的終端電阻撥為off,新增的6號從站終端電阻撥為on
3、通訊速率和通訊距離的問題
對照下面看下：
9.6kbps到187.5kbps：1000米
500kbaud：400米
1.5mbaud：200米
3mbaud到12mbaud：100米
4、更該通訊方式。
讓cpu處于中間位置，dp接頭終端電阻撥為off，兩端的dp從站設(shè)備終端電阻撥為on，試一試！
5、注意硬件組態(tài)的型號和版本要和實際事物型號和版本相對應。
