運(yùn)行了幾年的系統(tǒng)，硬件組態(tài)設(shè)置上電后暖啟動(dòng)，我的前任在時(shí),我看到重新上電后自啟動(dòng),可是近幾次系統(tǒng)重上電后系統(tǒng)啟不來。需要組態(tài)（軟，硬件,連接）全部下裝后才能啟動(dòng)。更換過電池也是如此.
重新上電后現(xiàn)象:
單機(jī)系統(tǒng),CPU 416-3DP STOP燈亮，1塊CP443Run燈滅，stop燈亮，Intf亮 ，1塊CP443-5Ext帶變頻器Run燈滅，stop燈亮，Intf亮 。

我在HARDWARE里編譯下裝組態(tài)后,都啟動(dòng)起來了,正常無報(bào)警;但是WINCC里所有的數(shù)據(jù)都顯示未連接上,在網(wǎng)絡(luò)連接里看,只有和其他工藝CPU連接處于激活,和HMI未激活;在線診斷,硬件無報(bào)警,只是CP443,CP443-5EXT下有黑色!號(hào),有經(jīng)驗(yàn)的幫我分析是什么原因.

CP443,CP443-5EXT的NCM診斷中顯示STOP的CAUSE是組態(tài)無效,我在NETPRO中下裝了網(wǎng)絡(luò)連接就正常了,誰能告訴我什么原因,怎么消除?

2.原因有可能是由于CPU中的程序與OS中的變量的時(shí)間標(biāo)簽不一致造成的?？赡苁荂PU的程序被你重新下載，但下載的程序是通過備份項(xiàng)目導(dǎo)入的，與OS上的程序不是同一個(gè)程序。那么時(shí)間標(biāo)簽不一致。也就是說CPU中的程序是A，OS上的程序，變量標(biāo)簽是B，存在差異而造成的。
3.這種情況，你可以嘗試以下方法：
3.1重新下載HW,網(wǎng)絡(luò)，程序到CPU中；
3.2OS重新編譯，然后下載到OS站上；
以上的工作是保證OS，CPU中的變量的時(shí)間標(biāo)簽保證一致。
